Parts of Ekurhuleni to face water outages at the weekend

The City of Ekurhuleni has announced that Rand Water will be carrying out 36-hour infrastructure maintenance work this week.

This planned maintenance will result in water supply interruption for the duration of the maintenance.
The city will during this period provide water tankers at strategic points to ensure residents have water for domestic purposes.
Here are the affected areas:

Boksburg
The following Boksburg areas will be without water between 05:00 on December 13 until 17:00 on December 14: Van Dyk Park, Parkrand, Boksburg CBD, Parkdene, Cinderella, Boksburg East Industrial, Parts of Sunward Park and Farrar Park.
Benoni
The following Benoni areas will be without water between 05:00 on December 13 until 17:00 on December 14: Benoni reservoir, Morehill, Crystal Park, Farrarmere, Northmead, Brentwood Park, Goedeburg, Rynfield, Rynfeild AH and Eboste.
