Staff at Avlock International in Anderbolt recently took part in a funny hats contest, organised by their receptionist Kate Ntuli (second from right), who has worked for the company for 18 years. Kate chooses a different fun theme every month, and it's all aimed at boosting morale, productivity and collaboration. "We work hard and deserve a bit of laughter and fun," she said.
