City works to restore power after outage in parts of Boksburg

The CoE’s technicians are working to restore power after damaged electrical equipment at the Les Smit substation in Boksburg East plunged parts of Boksburg into darkness.

The power interruption occurred in the early hours of this morning and is affecting the industrial area and its surroundings.
Customers should treat electrical networks as live while work is ongoing.
