Dawn Park SAPS promotes school safety and self-love

Dawn Park SAPS inspires 150 learners with a powerful talk on self-love, respect, and staying safe at school.

Dawn Park SAPS conducted an engaging and informative school talk at Thulasizwe Primary and Windmill Park Primary School on February 19.

According to a spokesperson for the station, Sergeant Nkemeleng Mabula, the session focused on bullying, fighting, self-love, respect, and the importance of avoiding negative influences.

In addition to these discussions, sanitary pads were donated to both schools, while pastors from Dawn Park Spiritual Crime Prevention offered words of encouragement to the female learners.
“A total of 150 learners participated in the session, which aimed to equip them with the knowledge and confidence to make positive choices in their daily lives.”

She said the principals of both schools expressed their appreciation for the efforts of Dawn Park SAPS Management, acknowledging the positive impact such initiatives have on learners and the broader school community.
