NOTICE AND REASON FOR TRANSFER Notice is hereby given in terms of section 44(4) of the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004 (Act No. 39 of 2004), as amended, of an application to transfer the above Atmospheric Emission Licence from Cast Products South Africa (Pty) Ltd to GeT Metal Properties (Pty) Ltd. The proposed transfer is required to reflect the change in ownership of Eclipse East Foundry. The listed activities are carried out at 15 Birmingham Road, Benoni South, 1502, within the jurisdiction of the City of Ekurhuleni. LISTED ACTIVITIES AUTHORISED UNDER SECTION 21
•Subcategory 4.2 – Combustion Installations: Combustion installations not used primarily for steam raising and electricity generation, except drying.
