According to Caronn Harris, BAC secretary, the event was a huge success.

“Over 60 athletes came out to participate in the challenge, and they had to run four laps as fast as they could,” explained Harris.

Cayde de Waal won the challenge in a time of 4:43.

Harris added Michael Pienaar still holds the record (4:9) from two years ago. She thanked those who contributed to the success of the event.
