Comrades prep talk at Boksburg Stadium tomorrow
The talk starts at 18:30 at Boksburg Stadium VIP hall.
The founder/coach of Qhubeka Athletics Club, Benzi Tenza, will host the fourth annual Comrades preparation talk, at 18:30 on July 6.
According to Tenza, the briefing session will happen at the Boksburg Stadium VIP Hall, and all Comrades Marathon athletes and fanatics are welcome to attend.
“I’m going to present the marathon route and give general and supplement tips to the marathon runners. I will also be presenting our high mileage race plans, because we normally host high mileage running races in July.
“I will use the Boksburg Stadium for the race preparation talk, but we have to pay to use the facility. I am in need of financial donations in order to make the talk possible.
