The City of Ekurhuleni Athletics Club invites local runners and athletics clubs preparing for the Comrades Marathon to participate in its Comrades Long Run on May 16.

The event will feature multiple distance options, including 10km, 20km, 30km, 40km, 50km, and a 60km route, catering to runners at different levels of preparation.

Routes will commence from Planet Fitness at Mall@Carnival.

The run is open to the public, with an entry fee of R100 payable either via bank deposit or in cash on the day.

Participants are encouraged to dress in the event’s theme colours of blue and white.

Registration will open at 05:30, with the start time scheduled for 06:00.
