Weekend crime round-up (November 1, 2 and 3)

According to information received, the following crimes were reported to Brakpan police over the weekend:

Friday

A white Suzuki motorbike and a generator were stolen from an address in Ellis Street, Brakpan North.

Six storage units at a business in Denne Road, Witpoort Estates, were broken into.

The list of stolen items has not yet been compiled for police.

Burglars made off with clothes, jewellery, a television set, a laptop and a firearm after breaking into homes in Krinkhout Street, Dalpark, and Germains Avenue.

Saturday

Four burglaries were reported.

Goods, including television sets, DVD players, jewellery and a games console were stolen from addresses in Kompas Road, Dalpark; Augrabies Avenue, Dalpark Extension Six; Northdene Avenue and Hamilton Avenue.

A spare wheel was stolen from a vehicle parked at Mall@Carnival and clothing was stolen from a caravan parked at an address in Derby Avenue.

Thieves stole an iPad, radio face and a purse from a car in Waterval Road, Leachville.

Sunday

A white Volkswagen Fox was stolen from the corner of Carmyllie Street and Van der Walt Street, Dalview.

A DVD player and amplifier were stolen from a car parked at an address along Wenden Avenue.
