Carnival City scoops prestigious Diamond Arrow Award for second year running
Carnival City has scooped a prestigious Diamond Arrow Award in Professional Management Review’s annual survey of business executives and decision makers. This is the second consecutive year that Carnival City has received a Diamond Arrow Award, the highest accolade that can be achieved in the awards program.
Survey respondents, which included government officials and corporate representatives, including CEOs, business-owners, and directors, rated Carnival City highly across all indicators in the Casinos and Entertainment Centres in the Ekurhuleni category.
“We are delighted that Carnival City has received the highest accolade, a Diamond Arrow Award, in this respected awards programme for the second year running. That we received such an excellent rating, based on the perceptions of PMR’s professional readership, is a great source of pride,” said Carnival City’s general manager, Annemie Turk.
“The award bears testimony to our employees’ commitment to service excellence, quality, professionalism, and innovation,” added Turk.
The awards are the culmination of a research process whereby companies and institutions are rated based on respondents perceptions.
In the survey, companies and institutions were rated against criteria such as contribution to economic growth and development of the province, levels of managerial expertise, corporate governance and levels of innovation amongst others.
