Free market to mark Freedom Day

A free market day will be held at the Cosy Corner Shellhole on Freedom Day (April 27).

Interested people will be able to set up stalls free of charge, but are requested to donate an item which can be distributed to charity organisations.

Blankets, clothes, non-perishable food items and pet food will be welcome.

Although there is no charge to set up a stall for the day, bookings are essential and food stalls will be limited to one per category.

The selling of crafts and pre-owned household goods will be welcome and those who choose to sell their goods by means of a car boot sale can do so.

Cosy Corner is situated at 2 Zeeman Street in Brenthurst and bookings can be made with Janet van Aarde (073 914 9955).
