Common robbery:

• A female motorist was robbed of her handbag by two men along Chevalier Street in Brakpan North on Sunday.

The incident took place at about 5.30pm when the robbers jumped in front of the victim’s car, forcing her to stop.

They assaulted her and ran off with her bag, which contained two cellphones, a passport and some cash.

Theft from a motor vehicle:

• A spare wheel was stolen from a bakkie parked at Mall@Carnival on Wednesday, last week.
