• Friday – A woman was robbed of her handbag by three occupants of a black Volkswagen Golf.
The victim was walking to work along Lawrence Road in Dalpark at about 5am when she was threatened at gunpoint by the robbers.
The bag contained cash, cosmetics, a celllphone and other valuables.
* A battery and tools were stolen from a truck parked at an address along Kirchener Street in Withok Estates.
* The driver of a blue Nissan 1400 bakkie was robbed of his vehicle in Essex Street, Dalview.
Two men, one of whom was armed with a gun, confronted the victim as he was sitting in his parked vehicle around 1.45pm.
The pair drove off in the bakkie after forcing the victim out of the vehicle and robbing him of his wallet.
A case of hijacking is under investigation.
* Two homes in Prince George Avenue, Brenthurst, were burgled in separate incidents.
A TV, laptop and other household items were stolen.
* Tools and a bicycle were stolen from a home in Hoy Avenue.
• Saturday – An attempt was made to steal a green Volkswagen Golf from Voortrekker Road.
A suspect was arrested.
* TVs, laptops and jewellery were stolen from a home along Damara Street in Leachville.

• Sunday – A TV and gaming console were stolen during a break-in at a home in 10th Street, Withok Estates.
* An attempted hijacking was reported at an address along Waterval Road in Leachville.
The driver of white Hyundai Elantra told police he was confronted by a gunman as he arrived home at 4am, but managed to drive away.
The gunman and his accomplices were travelling in a white Volkswagen Polo.
Other cases reported:
• Thursday – Two burglaries took place along Wenden Avenue.
Tools were stolen from a residence and windows were stolen from business premises.
