Make sure you have enough prepaid electricity units

Customers will not be able to purchase prepaid electricity.

The Energy Department will be carrying out a patch update on the Electricity Prepayment system from today (Saturday) at 2pm to Sunday (June 23) at 2pm.

Customers will not be able to purchase prepaid electricity units during the upgrading period.

The City of Ekurhuleni apologises for the inconvenience caused.
