Crime meeting called for security companies

The objective of the meeting is to find solutions to combat these crimes.

Brakpan Police Station commander Brig Fredl Jonck has invited all representatives/owners of local security companies to attend a meeting on Monday, November 11, to discuss trio crimes (house robberies, business robberies and hijackings).

These crimes are on the increase, which is of concern to local police.

On Monday alone, two cases of business robbery, one of house robbery and one of hijacking were reported to the Brakpan SAPS.

The objective of the meeting is to find solutions to combat these crimes and put an operational plan in place.

The meeting will be held at 10am in the lecture room at the Brakpan Police Station.
