Hit-and-run cases under investigation
Brakpan Police needs eyewitnesses for the following cases.
Eyewitnesses are sought by Brakpan police in the following culpable homicide cases:
• August 22
The body of a man, killed in a suspected hit-and-run, was found at the corner of Voortrekker and Station roads around 7pm. The deceased was wearing khaki trousers. Information can be reported to investigating officer Sgt Thobile Zulu on 011 744 7100/7136.
• September 3 The body of a woman, suspected to have been struck by a vehicle, was found at 7.10am at the corner of Heildelberg Road (R23) and Mans Street in Withok Estates. Believed to be in her 40s, the deceased was wearing black pants and a pink top. WO Warren Kennedy is the investigating officer in this case and may be contacted on 011 744 7100.
