Bikers unite against rape and abuse

Tears is a leading anti-sexual violence organisation specialising in the assistance and support network for survivors of rape and sexual abuse.

Despite the rainy weather over the weekend, a large group of bikers attended the annual Bikers Against Rape and Abuse Day Jol at Hippos Pub and Grill on Saturday.

The annual events are held to create awareness against rape and abuse.

This year the spotlight fell on the Tears Foundation.

The organiser of Bikers Against Rape and Abuse, Eugene van Straten, is here with founder and director of Tears Foundation Mara Glennie. Tears is a leading anti-sexual violence organisation specialising in the assistance and support network for survivors of rape and sexual abuse.
A group of bikers braved the rainy conditions on Saturday to show support for a good cause.
