Entries are officially open for Miss and Miss Teen Ekurhuleni

To enter the competition, all you have to do is log in to the site https://missekurhulenisa.co.za/ and fill in the forms, under the 'Enter' tab.

The search is on for Miss and Miss Teen Ekurhuleni.
The pageant is calling on all young and ambitious women to battle it out for the 2021 Miss Teen and Miss Ekurhuleni crowns.
The cut-off date for entries is July 26. The process to decide who deserves to take part in the final is expected to run in the following months before the final announcement of the two winners who will ascend to the throne at the beginning of November.
Miss and Miss Teen Ekurhuleni has over the years raised awareness and funds for charities such as Amazing Grace Children’s Home and SPCA.
Lehakoe Investments, who are the new managers of the pageant, have relaunched the pageant to a leadership programme, encouraging youth activism as well as encouraging the young women to be catalysts of change and development in their communities. The platform will also magnify each contestant’s talents.
The pageant is looking for:
• An ambassador and public relations representative for Ekurhuleni
• A role model who cares about her role and the roles of other women in society
• Someone who is considered both talented and intelligent
• An activist on issues she deems important
• A leader by virtue of her experiences
• One who takes personal pride in physical fitness and health
• An independent and eloquent communicator
Requirements to enter Miss Ekurhuleni
• Be a female and in possession of a birth certificate or an ID document and be a valid South African citizen
• Be at least 19 years of age as of May 1 and not older than the age of 25 years as of December 6
• Not be engaged, not be married, never have been married and never have had a marriage annulled
• Not be pregnant and never have given birth to a child
• An ambassador and public relations representative for Ekurhuleni
• A role model who cares about her role and other women’s roles in society
• An individual who is considered both talented and intelligent
• An activist for important causes that are close to her heart
• Possess demonstrable leadership
• One who takes pride in physical fitness and health
• An independent and eloquent communicator

The successful candidates will undergo personal interviews to establish who has the qualities to continue with the journey to becoming Miss and Miss Teen Ekurhuleni 2021. The interviews will be conducted at the Radisson Hotel in Kempton Park. This will officially be called the semi-finals.
