For parents who need to get out of the house for a couple of hours, grab the children, round up friends or family members, and head to Pocket Park at Carnival City for some holiday fun.
Children aged three to 13 can look forward to fun activities with arts and crafts on selected days from December 16 to January 2 between 12:00 and 17:00.
These include cupcake decorating, making necklaces with beads and decorating your own mask. Pocket Park was revamped in 2015 and is an exciting grassed, outdoor play area with climbing frames and slides, perfect for energetic young ones, while parents take a breather on one of the benches.
There is no cost to participate in these activities. Pocket Park is located outside, near The Magic Company. Close by, there are a variety of theme-park rides to choose from.
