Brakpan Netball Club held a friendly tournament at the Brakpan Sports Grounds on Saturday, where 13 teams duked it out.

The 13 teams consisted of four junior teams, four senior teams and five legends teams. T
here were teams from Springs and Johannesburg and surrounding areas.
In the seniors and legends leagues, Brakpan Netball Club won all four of their games, and in the junior league, the Dolphins Juniors team won all four of their games.
The friendly league was loads of fun for everyone, and after matches concluded everyone enjoyed boerewors rolls.
It was also umpired by Brakpan Netball Club’s new coach, Michelle Opperman.
Brakpan Netball Club is still collecting donations for their Eventide visit on July 1, and beanies, gloves, toiletries and blankets can be delivered to 15 Boekenhout Street in Dal Fouche.
