The Lions Club will hold a book sale at Mall@Carnival on November 3 and 4. There will be a large selection of fiction and non-fiction books on sale for only R10 each.
The sale will be held at entrance 5, near Dis-Chem, from 09:00 on both days. All proceeds go towards fundraising and are used to take care of those in need of assistance.
Lions clubs raise money to help the less privileged in communities by giving food, assisting in food gardens, and diabetic screening, providing highly subsidised spectacles through the Lions BrightSight project, assisting schools in poor communities, and many other initiatives.
