Help spread festive season joy
The Lazarus Legacy Foundation and Siloam Word of Truth Brakpan aim to donate 500 Christmas shopping vouchers to families in need.
As the year draws to a time of celebration, shopping, get-togethers, good food, laughter and gifts, The Lazarus Legacy Foundation and Siloam Word of Truth Brakpan, requests community members to spare a thought for families that are not looking forward to this time of the year.
Some families cannot afford to put food on their tables on an ordinary day, let alone during the festive season.
So, this year, the foundation has decided to do something different – they are identifying and will be giving each identified family a R500 Christmas shopping voucher so that they too can celebrate.
“We humbly ask that you join us in spreading joy this year. Donate to a family or more if you can and share this message so others can do the same,” said Kivasha Moodley from the foundation.
“Your giving brings us closer to the target of blessing 500 families. We have reached the 100 mark and we believe that as it is officially the season of giving, we will rise to the 500 mark in no time with your help.”
