Help Brakpan SPCA prepare for winter months
Every blanket helps, and every meal makes a difference.
As the chilly season creeps in, the Brakpan SPCA has appealed to members of the public to help the society restock supplies and keep the animals in their care safe, warm and fed.
An appeal has been made for any donations, big or small. The SPCA is urgently in need of the following:
• Kitten food (wet and dry)
• Puppy food (wet and dry)
• Cat food (wet and dry)
• Tinned dog food
• Blankets.
The current rainy conditions are also hindering laundry duties at the SPCA, and it’s a struggle to keep up with washing and drying everything fast enough. More blankets will definitely assist in this regard.
Donations can be dropped off at:
• Brakpan SPCA: 96 Denne Road, Witpoort
• Bargain Barkers Thrift Store: Shop 93, Mall@Carnival
• Devon Hulpsentrum: 59 Devon Avenue, Dalview.
You can even make a difference without leaving the comfort of your home. Donations can also be ordered via Takealot, Checkers 60/60 or Mr D, and delivered directly to the SPCA.
