Fun, food and family spirit at Excel Edu Centre’s Family Day

From potjie pots to playful competitions, learners and families came together for a day packed with excitement.

Laughter and sizzling potjies filled the air as families gathered for a festive day of games and good times at Excel Edu Centre’s Family Fun Day on May 31.

The event brought families together for a day of bonding and memorable activities. Learners from each class and their families showcased their culinary skills and teamwork in a potjie competition.

There was also plenty of fun activities and games, as well as a demonstration by the EMPD K9 Unit. The Grade Seven class won the potjie trophy, and the Blue Team (Olifants) were awarded the fun games trophy.
