Bobbies Rugby Club junior teams invite players

The club is calling on businesses to sponsor the growth of the sport in the community.

The Bobbies Junior Rugby Club is entering the off-season, practicing only once a week on Thursdays at 17:00, but still invites players to join in on the fun.

The coaches aim to create a family environment and leave a lasting impact on the children, both on and off the field, helping to shape the next generation of local rugby stars.

Manager Isabella Greyvenstein says the team is dedicated to strengthening each player individually and celebrating their strengths. During the off-season, training will focus primarily on fitness, skills development, and techniques.

Training is available throughout the year and takes place at the Pam Brink Sport Grounds in Springs. The club does need training equipment and is appealing to local businesses to get involved and support their efforts.
