Dan Triangle karateka graded to Shodan black belt
The fighters had to complete 10 difficult fights each before qualifying for the belts.
Members of the Dan Triangle Karate Club successfully graded to Shodan (1st Dan black belt) on November 8 under the supervision of shihan Malcolm Dorfman and the official grading panel.
Before receiving their black belts, they underwent a traditional initiation: each fought 10 difficult matches, an actual test of spirit, endurance, and skill.
“We are proud of their dedication, discipline and hard work. Congratulations to all,” said instructor Chris Anthony.
