Justice was served when Willie Ricardo Themba (37) was found guilty of rape and sentenced in the Brakpan Regional Court to life imprisonment on February 23.

Themba was arrested in November 2022 for the crime committed on December 16, 2010, against a now 37-year-old woman.

After his arrest, he appeared in court on April 22, 2025, where he pleaded not guilty. Themba was found guilty on February 11.
