The Brakpan parkrun celebrated its first anniversary on Saturday with an Easter theme.
This week the number of participants certainly improved from weeks before with 88 people either running or walking the 5km course.
The Brakpan parkrun started on April 21, 2018, and since then 2 091 participants have completed 5 750 parkruns covering a total distance of 28 750km, including 864 new personal bests.
A total of 132 individuals have volunteered 688 times.
