Singer and songwriter Max-Hoba teams up with some of the country’s talented hip hop, soul and afro pop artists, to bring the proudly local musical showcase, “A Soulful Night with Max-Hoba”, to Carnival City’s Big Top Arena, on July 9.

Also on the bill for the music event are Kelly Khumalo, Moneoa, Kabomo and Njabulo Neh.

Together they will take their fans on a musical journey of their unique and original hits, for a truly soulful experience.

Johannesburg based Max-Hoba is a versatile and multi-talented afro soul and world music artist.

One of South Africa’s best exports, his music, is a mixture of soothing soul and Xhosa and Sesotho folk, with a touch of jazz, hip hop, reggae and that distinct South African sound.

As an independent musician, he has enjoyed a successful career and has earned himself a reputation as a versatile artist who is able to transcend barriers, performing across Southern Africa, Thailand and Germany.

The show starts at 7.30pm, but doors to the Big Top Arena will open at 6.30pm.
