Brakpan Pool Club is moving to a new location, the State Mines Country Club, and the grand opening of the new venue will take place on May 2.

The opening will take place from noon, with a spit braai special at only R100 per person. While there will be limited food available and club members will receive preference, anyone is welcome to join in on the festivities.

Pool games and tournaments will be played all day, and tournament entries are already piling up, with live entertainment also scheduled.
