Carletonville netball star selected for Fezile Dabi senior men’s team

A talented player from Carletonville, Patrick Xolile Moatlhodi, has been selected for the Fezile Dabi Senior Men's Netball Team after standout performances at the Fezile Dabi District trials. He will represent the district at the Male National Netball Championships in Gqeberha in October.

A talented netball player from Carletonville has secured a place in a major regional squad following an impressive performance at recent trials.

Patrick Xolile Moatlhodi, a member of the Warriors Netball Club, travelled to Parys to compete in the Fezile Dabie District trials. His standout display on the court earned him a spot in the Fezile Dabi Senior Men’s Team.

Moatlhodi qualified for two key positions, Goal Defence (GD) and Goal Shooter (GS).

The hard work is just beginning for the local star. He has already started training with his new teammates to prepare for a major national competition.

Moatlhodi will represent the district at the Male National Netball Championships in October in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape.
