Each month a guest speaker gives an informative talk to the seniors. This month’s speaker was Jandré Nel from iNova Pharaceiticals (Pty) Ltd, who spoke on health issues.

Martin Barber from SOS Protec Sure also addressed the seniors about crime in the South and how they can help themselves in a crime situation.

After a hearty breakfast given by Golden Falls Spur, the seniors said they had enjoyed a super morning. “We attend every month and it’s a great morning, and all for free,” said one of the women there. “Thank you so much to all the organisers for doing this for us.”
