Notice of environmental authorisation application

The area to be assessed is situated between Glenvista and Glenanda.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application for a Basic Assessment Process in terms of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Regulations, 2014 will be lodged with the Gauteng Department of Agriculture and Rural Development.

This concerns a proposed Glenvista residential development, with a density of 90-95 units per hectare, next to Virgin Active Gym.

Councillor Sarah Wissler will chair a public meeting regarding this development on Thursday, June 8 at 7pm at Glenanda Primary School.

In order to ensure that you are identified as an Interested and/or Affected Party (I&AP) please submit your name, contact information and interest in the matter, in writing, within 30 days from May 24.
