Divaashan gets third place at Prestige Gala

Mondeor High School is proud of Divaashan Pillay for coming third in the prestige gala swimming race.

WINNING SWIMMER: Divaashan Pillay, a learner at Mondeor High School (Grade 12), swam at the Prestige Gala and was placed third in the race. This is the fifth time Divaashan has swam in the Prestige Gala.
SWIMMING STAR: Principal Vangelia Nicolaou with Divaashan Pillay and educator Sumaya Mia. Divaashen is a 16-year-old Grade 11 pupil who has made prestige for four years in a row and swam the backstroke and freestyle competitively.
GOING TO GREAT LENGTHS: Divaashan Pillay (third from left), a Mondeor High School learner, recently swam at an Inter High Gala, winning all three of his events. He has also qualified to swim at the Prestige Gala (date to be finalised). With him are coaches Mrs Tamrin Bartlett and Mrs Sumaya Mia and Mrs V Nicolaou (school principal).
