Beware of fake JSPCA inspectors
If you are approached by an inspector from JSPCA you can contact the organisation on 011 681 3600 to confirm the inspector.
The JSPCA is warning people to be on the lookout for people claiming they are inspectors from the JSPCA.
Liana Marx, head of public relations for JSPCA, said: “It has come to our attention that people claim they are Johannesburg SPCA inspectors. They go by the name Gert and Donald.
“Please do not mistake them as inspectors from the JSPCA. All of our vehicles are clearly marked with our logo and our inspectors wear SPCA inspectorate uniforms.”
