Special guests pay a visit to Diversity High School
The learners began their first day back at school with words of encouragement.
The Grade Eight to Grade 12 learners from Diversity High School were honoured to receive a visit from special guests on the first day back at school.
The warm welcome of the start of the new school year at the school saw MP Manny de Freitas and Karabo Ngwenya, Miss Jozi 2023, motivating the learners during assembly.
As they began their first day, the aim was to encourage the learners to work harder this academic year so they could reach their goals.
Ward 57 Clr Faeeza Chame, principal Elize Bester and Jane Nekhavhambe joined in to remind the learners of the importance of education, wishing them and the staff a good year ahead that will yield great success.
