Christmas feeding initiative gives residents hope in South Hills
Church's Christmas outreach a resounding success.
On December 9, Our Lady Fatima Church in South Hills hosted a heartwarming Christmas feeding initiative, bringing together Deacon Walter Middleton, GrassrootsHeroes International, and other dedicated community role players.
The event aimed to provide hot meals and school shoes to the community’s most vulnerable members, particularly children in need.
The turnout was overwhelming, with more than enough food for everyone, ensuring that every attendee left with a full stomach and a smile.
Children were especially thrilled to receive brand-new school shoes, helping them start the new year on the right foot.
Deacon Walter Middleton said: “This initiative is a testament to the power of community and compassion.
