Christmas kindness shines for residents at the Society for the Blind

Nadia Mahomed and her team spread generosity and encouragement, showing that giving brings people together and lifts the hearts of all.

The owner of Spaar on Spares in Johannesburg South, Nadia Mahomed, together with her team and Councillor Faeeza Chame, paid a special visit to the Johannesburg Society for the Blind to hand out Christmas hampers to the residents.

One resident said: “We are so grateful for this donation. It means a lot to us at this time, especially as many of us do not have families to go home to. This will make a big difference.”

Chame and Mahomed shared encouraging words, reminding residents that they are not forgotten, even during the busiest time of the year.
