Pressies Dance Group shines Easter Dance Cup

With no prior dance experience, a group of committed coaches nurtured student talent into a standout performance.

The Impact Pressies Dance Group from President Hoërskool High School has made the school proud by achieving an outstanding 96% at the National Dance Society South Africa (NDDSA) Easter Dance Cup.

The team competed in the Alternative Style: Showcase – Novice category and impressed the judges with their performance.

This achievement is especially meaningful as the dance group is led by four dedicated coaches, Mrs Panaino, Mrs Thomas, Miss Landsberg and Mrs de Kock, who have no formal background in dance.

They started the dance club after noticing the talent and enthusiasm of their learners.

Through hard work, commitment and passion, both the learners and coaches have grown together. The group’s success at the competition reflects the strong spirit and determination within the team.

The school community has expressed great pride in the dancers and their coaches.

Hoërskool President High School congratulates the Impact Pressies Dance Group on their remarkable success and looks forward to seeing what they achieve next.
