GLENVISTA: We as the Residents of Glenvista would like to thank Ms Ipeleng Dube and Mr Charles Makgoba for a well done job in respect of upgrading of Donnington Drive Park.
We thank them for responding to our query and acting so swiftly. They displayed leadership, respect and maturity from day one and we thank them for giving us such a great support and we need that if not more it will be good for our relationship with City Parks and it will also be great for the entire community of City of Johannesburg. We thank them again for thinking about our kids and their future and moving forward our kids will be proud to have a park of their own due to all their efforts and hardworking.
We would also like to thank Ms Kgantshe Mofokeng, Mr Molefe Seale and Mr Patrick Yende who gave us support and guidance since the beginning of the project and also to mention the likes of Mr Absolum Mkhombeni, Mr Steve Letsoalo and Mr Johnny Jardine.
We applaud all these officials for making our dream come true and they are representing City Parks with pride and this is the type of service delivery we as the community we deserve from all spheres of government. These officials deserve a place in the public sector and we are proud of them for ensuring that development is fast-traced within the area of jurisdiction of City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality. Working together will help us to develop a good park and good parks are developed over time.
Let this joint venture continue until we realize our goals and objectives.
