GLENANDA – The article on page three of the Comaro CHRONICLE dated March 18, I would like to add that not only the park has men loitering with alcohol, but in Glen Avenue as well. They sit under the tree in Glen Avenue outside the business office park opposite the shopping centre.
The police seems to raid there, but the men are back within hours.
One Saturday, besides sitting there with all the beer bottles visible, one had his car parked on the sidewalk with his music blaring.
It is not safe, as these men loiter every day of the week. If I were a parent, I would have a big concern for the safety of school children who are not fetched directly from school, but need to walk past them to either catch the bus or a taxi.
