City Power approves street lights on Kliprivier Drive through to the Mall of the South

For the past three years, I have been trying to get street lights put up along Kliprivier Drive from Virgin Active gym through to the Mall of the South.

I received confirmation last week from City Power, it’s been approved and they are already putting this in motion. You will see holes are already dug, ready from Impala Road for the poles to go in. I’ll update again once they have all the supplies to start the project.

This is a major win for us, no more darkness on that stretch of road, giving drivers more visibility in the dark and safety from being attacked at night.
