Local golf club champ crowned
Local golf players took to the greens on Saturday, 23 March at the Koro Creek Golf Club on the outskirts of Modimolle.
Johan Swart was the winner of the Club Championships with 149 gross points in the A-division. Xavier Mokhanda made a 136 nett in the B-division and Andrew Dipele scored 61 points in the C-division.
Ronel Pretorius was the Lady’s Champion with 189 gross total.
The senior Club Champion was Hendrick van der Schyff with 162 gross and the senior points winner was Dipela with 32 points.
Henk Klopper had the overall best net score with 148, with Oosie van Zyl as the runner-up with 157 gross.
The best gross score (152) in the B-division was Xavier Mokahanda.
