Sweet sensations and coffee day with Mrs Commonwealth

BROADACRES - Mrs Commonwealth SA finalist, Marika Scott will launch a charity event at Grey Wolf Spur in Boardacres on 18 August.

The charity event will start at 9am to 4pm.

The event is set to be a family fun day and a free cup of coffee will be given to each person buying any dessert on the menu.

10% of the day’s turnover will be put towards aiding the poor and needy.

“With the risky economy, we are living in a society where the need for clothes and food grows daily and astronomically. Let us give people less fortunate than us the help they need to a better quality life,” Scott said.
