“For many, the lead up to this special period, when one is on leave and is planning holiday celebrations, has been anything but smooth with major water outages, Eskom load reduction and an unimaginable number of unplanned outages. These have caused much anger and frustration and in the spirit of the season, lets put all that behind us and embody the spirit of Christmas and the festive season of joy, cheer, goodwill and kindness to all.”

He said as residents celebrate having a good time with their loved ones, Reddy said doing good deeds, and offering kindness and goodwill to those in need, would be a cherry on top.

“I would like to take this opportunity to wish all residents a Merry Christmas, happy holidays and safe travels.”
