Owner of the school, Gerard Thomas explained that Little Saints would now form part of the existing Merry Days school on Othello Road in Fourways Gardens. Thomas said he wanted to create a home away from home for the pupils and has furnished the school to look like a house, with comfy classrooms, lots of flowers and excellent play equipment.
The school also has a swimming pool and has started offering swimming lessons on their premises. Additionally there are extra music lessons and soccer lessons on offer. Thomas decided to hold a family-friendly fun day to introduce the school to the community. Children had their faces painted and were able to participate in a number of craft and sport activities, while parents perused the facilities and spoke to teachers.
