Notification of the basic assessment report for comment for the proposed Rose interchange
FOURWAYS – Registered interested and/or affected parties are hereby notified of the comment period and availability of the Basic Assessment Report for the proposed construction of the Rose interchange in the Fourways area.
The intersection is proposed to be constructed at the current T-junction of Rose Road and the R511 (north-east of Steyn City and west of Riversands Commercial Park in Fourways). The purpose of the intersection is to connect Rose Road with Porcupine Park Avenue and ensure a safe interchange between these roads and the main arterial being the R511.
The Gauteng Department of Agriculture and Rural Development reference is 002/15-16/E0170.
The report has been available for public review for a period since 7 December and will continue to be until 31 January.
Additional time has been provided to accommodate the holiday period.
Anyone interested in providing any comment, concern or suggestions is encouraged to do so before 31 January.
