Bobby Bain, head of the Beaulieu Prep Nursery School, shares with Bongi Dlamini, Rudasha Govender and Zack Toich the wonderful opportunity to be part of the Kyalami Corner Mandela Day initiative when they dropped off their books on 18 July.
Beaulieu Prep Nursery School and Beaulieu College contributed to a community book project on Mandela Day.
The aim of the book collection, organised by Kyalami Corner, was to put a smile on children’s faces at various charities in honour of Madiba. Chibo Abanno, a Grade 11 learner, took the opportunity to drop off her donation after her exams. She said that it was a small token from her side to also be part of the great spirit of caring that Madiba held so close to his heart.
