#OperationLokisa checks in on service delivery gaps
DIEPSLOOT – The City of Joburg's legislative arm went to Diepsloot Ext 2 today on an oversight visit of the centre.
Operation Lokisa is said to have been put in place to make sure that the chairpersons of Section 79 committees go to the various sites to assess the challenges of service delivery themselves.
