ICYMI: Jungle Rush FMX riders return to training
CHARTWELL – Members of the Chartwell-based freestyle motocross team will continue obeying lockdown rules and regulations during the pandemic
Freestyle motocross riders at Jungle Rush FMX have not been that active during levels 5 and 4 of the lockdown, but are are now able to ride during Level 3.
“It is a very difficult time at the moment as the demonstrations are our main source of income but we have taken this opportunity to release more videos, and promote sponsors and our sport,” explained Jungle Rush FMX co-founder, Dallan Goldman.
He said members of the Chartwell-based freestyle motocross team want to continue obeying lockdown rules and regulations during the pandemic. Furthermore, being in a non-contact professional sport they have only started training again now under the new regulations.
“We have been following the Base Fit North Riding stretch and home fitness programmes to keep us fit and flexible for when we return back to demos,” Goldman added.
He said staying positive during the lockdown was and is important for everyone. “Keep yourself busy to stay positive. We have been cleaning all our gear and hard-to-get places with our Dirtnurse cleaning products.
“We are staying busy with our online Base Fit programmes while Dragon Energy is getting us through the sessions.”
